I woke up this morning, and after shutting off my alarm, “yeah yeah, I’m up.” I heard a few more noises from my phone, notifications. And wow! They were awesome, my friend, Aleezah made these three wallpapers for me. And I asked if I could share them here! She said “yes.” So here we go. I ❤ my friends!!!

Stay out of the Sun Day
July 3, 2014 in the World
Stay out of the Sun Day is celebrated on July 03, 2014. The day remembers you to protect yourself from the damaging rays of the sun by staying in the shade. Moderate exposure to the sun contributes to the production of vitamin D by the body, but excessive exposure to ultraviolet rays has detrimental health effects, including sunburn and increased risk of skin cancer, as well as depressed immune system function and accelerated aging of the skin.
There are different ways to protect against the sun. Sunscreen is a lotion, spray, gel or other topical product that absorbs or reflects some of the sun’s ultraviolet radiation on the skin exposed to sunlight and thus helps protect against sunburn. Umbrellas or sunshades are designed to protect against sunlight by offering shadow. To go out of the sunlight is a very effective way to protect yourself from sunlight. You can do this by going into the shadows or by spending the time inside buildings.

National Eat Beans Day
July 3, 2014 in the USA
Today is Eat Beans Day! Did you know that beans have more fiber than most whole grain foods? They are also high in protein and very low in fat, which makes them one of the most heart-healthy foods known to man. The USDA recommends that adults eat at least three cups of beans every week, which is about three times more than the average person usually consumes.
Beans (legumes) are one of the longest cultivated plants dating back to the early seventh millennium BCE.
Today, just as throughout the Old and New World history, beans are an important source of protein.  A very healthy choice for any meal or snack, they are also an excellent source of fiber, are low in fat and are high in complex carbohydrates, folate and iron.
There are thousands of different bean varieties. Some of the most popular include: soybeans, lima beans, pinto beans, green beans, black beans, white beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, lentils, and black-eyed peas.
To celebrate Eat Beans Day, cook up your favorite bean recipe for dinner tonight!
“Beans, beans, they’re good for your heart.
The more you eat, the more you fart”
