I’m not sure if it’s due to an El Nino year, but I don’t remember my Fibro ever being this bad in the winter months.

I’m thinking it’s Global Warming not El Nino, but yeah, mine is killing me this winter. And I’m usually better in the winter than in the summer. Feel better, gentle hugs! ❤
