Happy happy holiday

For my friends and those that celebrate Happy Easter! To the rest, happy Sunday! To my Pagan/Wiccan friends and me, Happy Belated Ostara! 😀

Tomorrow, I start the next chapter of my life when I start orientation at 0900. I’m so excited. No, seriously, I’m totally excited. I need the shift in career fields, the last one, literally nearly killed me! 20+ TIA’s, 20 mini strokes, 5 with the most current as 3 weeks ago Strokes. 2 heart attacks, and 1 triple bypass open heart surgery! Oh, and let’s not forget the new increased neurological issues, my epilepsy had not been like this since I was a child, I served in the US Army under a lot of stressful situations and I never had issues like this. That last position was worst than being in combat in the ARMY! RIGHT?!?!

anywho, it’s a beautiful Sunday, as Patrick says, when I start thinking about that toxic environment, “Let it go and grab your fidgety thing!”

Happy Thanksgiving

Hello!

I know, I’m a day early, but I start my vacation today! Woohoo! Oh YEAH!! I’ll be working on my NaNoWriMo novel when I’m not spending time with hubs and the kitties. We weren’t invited to any other family get-together so we’ll be having a grand time here where it’s nice and cozy warm! And bonus no having to drink a half bottle of wine to calm myself down before having a family gig. LOL I’m joking or am I?

Patrick has already ordered dinner and we pick it up later today, and then we’ll be off to watch Fantastic Beasts 2! There are so many good movies out, that we had to think about which one we really wanted to watch on the big screen. Fantastic Beasts won! It looks amazing!

Anywho before I forget, I wanted to post this new color done in my Pigment App on my iPro (iPad Pro).

Good Happy Monday!

And for some, it’s a short week. For me it’s going to be fun week. 😛 I’m on night’s this week, so… 8 hrs, 10hrs, 8hrs, off!, 4 hours!! And bonus, I’ll get holiday pay on the day I’m off for ten hours! Suhweet!! 😀

This weekend, the migraine decided to kick it into overdrive, and I was miserable on Saturday night through most of Sunday! I used my own coping skills and was distracting myself by reading, finished the first Atlantis book, and started on the second. woot! My head was pounding too bad to think of doing any writing, or serious discussion with anyone. And I got so cranky that I just stayed off of FB. I’m of the mindset, if you’re intoxicated, or extremely bitchy, you shouldn’t be on Social Media. Now with that being said, I’ve read some fascinating posts from some friends that are online when they are intoxicated, and omg what they write. Someone should really take their online privileges away when they are three sheets to the wind. But that could just be me. lol

Does anyone have any plans for the fourth? BBQ’s, fireworks-please be careful if you’re doing them yourself.

I’m going to be working on finishing up July’s calendars, we’ll see if I do more than one or two. 😛 And hopefully I’ll be able to do some writing this week as well.

Happy Summer Solstice!! )0(

That’s right, it’s the ‘official’ start of the Summer season!

And it’s my anniversary! We’ve been married for 14 years! And together for ten before that. So whoa, I’ve been with this dude for 24 years. Um, yeah! Big WOW! LOL 😀

And now for the not so fun news; he’s sick. Like really really sick. He was able to get in to see his doctor this morning, hm, apparently this bug is going around. And he’s going to need meds. So I cancelled our dinner reservations in Indy. And I’ll be picking up some chicken noodle soup on the way home after work. Along with some orange juice, and water. He doesn’t like water from the tap. Even with the Brita filter I’ve put on it. Some people just like their bottled water. I keep teasing him, I’m going to stick a baby bottle top on it. LOL 😛

And since he might be contagious. We’ll be in seperate rooms later. He can watch a movie on his laptop, and I’ll be watching a movie in my room. woot! (And yes, that woot is sarcastic)

But back to the Summer Solstice, it’s the first ‘official’ day of Summer. Any one have any special plans?

And just in case anyone is wondering, I just received a text from Hubs, he has Gastritis Infection. They are ordering a chest x-ray and blood work to rule out Namibia and jaundice. A while back there was a woman that came in to hubs work, her pupils were bright yellow. He washed his hands, and used alcohol on all the surfaces she had touched, but still for his peace of mind, the doctor is having the tests done. And she is from the region for the other rule out… um… whoa…
sometimes I love wiki, and others, I wished I hadn’t looked to see what he’s ruling out.
So yay, tests to ensure it’s only the one thing. And um, yeah, he is infectious. woonothoo…

I’m at work, and I’d much rather be with my daddy celebrating his day.

Alas, that is not going to happen. So hopefully he understands. Which I’m sure he does. And I’ll be calling him asap.

And it’s a beautiful day in my neighborhood. But…

I can tell it’s a Full Moon! I’ve been busy at work. Which is good. Just oi! Pink Full Moon

And woohooooo! We’ve got Google chrome at work now, I’m soo happy! 😀 so I’m down to under 1000 emails, and I’ve deleted over 1000 emails. Wow! I’m down to 17% in my saved. OI! I have decided to stay on top of these. Who knew you could let it get so bogged down. Okay okay, yeah, I know that’s a redundant question.

Anywho it’s been a beautiful Central Indiana day, a little blustery at times, but no rain, no snow. So I’m good. 😉
Not much else to talk about, anyone have any plans for the weekend? Any good movies coming out? I mean soon. I still need to finish organizing some things in my room, and I need to register for my test. And I want to write some this weekend, the challenge deadline for this story is July 1st now. But it’s almost May! oooh! Woot! Beltane is coming up soon. For those not in the know, Beltane is a Pagan/Wiccan holiday celebrated on May first, others might know of the May Day celebration.
